Red Barn Exhibitor Application Form

Due at time of application.

1. $15 non-refundable application fee

(applications received after September 5, 2025, shall have a $75 non-refundable application fee).

2. $85 booth fee for a single booth, $165 booth fee for a double booth or $245 booth fee for a triple booth.

 Please submit this application form, insurance form, and the $100 booth fee by September 5th, 2025.

1. Deadline for participation and fee is due September 6, 2024. Insurance must be approved by the Kirksville Arts Association. Please note that on your $1,000,000 liability insurance certificate, there must be a section for Additional Insured. In this section, the Kirksville Arts Association and Red Barn Arts and Crafts Festival must be listed. A copy of your insurance provision must be provided to the Kirksville Arts Association prior to set-up of your booth area. Kirksville Arts Association reserves the right to accept or deny applications.

2. All vendors must comply with Missouri state and county public health regulations governing the preparation, handling, and presentation of food. Vendors selling prepared foods are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and/or permits. KAA will not provide ice.

3. I have read these application rules and I agree to accept all the rules and instructions contained therein. In addition, I waive any claim of liability against the Kirksville Arts Association, resulting from my participation in the Red Barn Arts and Crafts Festival. I authorize the Festival Committee to use any information from this application for promotion of the festival.
